She bought and renovated the oldest house north of 79 street . This sparked an interest in construction and investing along with a career in the housing market.
She has excelled working for Coldwell Banker in Coconut Grove and Hollywood , Florida.
After participating in the Ft. Lauderdale market she moved to Dania Beach, Florida and enjoys a waterfront lifestyle and wild garden . She is a member of the Equality Garden club in Wilton Manors.
Sharon is very excited by her creative activities in the Ft. Lauderdale and Dania Beach Womens clubs , as well as, being of service in chambers of commerce and a few art clubs.
Her greatest skills are active listening and fulfilling the wish lists of Buyers and Sellers including creative adaptations for housing utilizing her many years in the business and having done the first private historical overlay designation by a private citizen in the city of Miami by doing guided research affirming possibilities and having a fresh perspective. This includes acquiring multiple properties to qualify for best use for clients, as well.
